Our buying strategy consists of strategic purchases of underperforming B and C properties with 20 or more units. We aim for properties with poor management and maintenance so we can transform them into endless income streams. At times, we do consider class A properties as well, given that each potential property goes through a stress test

Instead of flipping units for quick profit, we focus on investments with long term financial benefits. Each investment plan includes an efficient exit strategy using an IRR metric of 15%. That way, our strategies remain responsive market conditions at any given time. Moreover, we utilize creative financing solutions to provide a consistent stream of income for our investors, including vehicles such as seller financing, mortgage assumptions, repair allowances, and lower down payments.
